Releasing a Print Job
After hitting 'print' on your computer and submitting your print job, there are two different ways that you can release it to a walk-up copier or printer:
Method 1: Using Your AIU Badge or Access Code *Preferred!*
Walk up to any Sharp copier or printer and either hold your badge next to the Scan ID Here sticker on the printer, or tap the box (as circled in the screenshot) and use the on-screen keyboard to type your Access Code found in the original PaperCut email that was sent to you.
If you don't remember your access code, you can tap on Resend it to your email to sent it to yourself.

Method 2: Using the PaperCut Hive App
If you have not yet downloaded the Hive app to your mobile device and linked it to your PaperCut account, please see the PaperCut Hive App Registration article before continuing with this method. Alternatively, you can use Method 1.
(Images shown are from the iOS app, but the steps should be similar for Android.)
Open the PaperCut Hive app on your mobile device.
Either tap the Print (#) Document(s) button at the bottom of your screen, or tap on a specific document if you have multiple listed and are only looking to print one, then Print Document at the bottom of that screen.
If you tap into a specific document, you will see the properties of your document including when you submitted it, the number of sheets of paper & pages, and the paper size. Additionally below that, you can select options such as the number of copies, whether to print two-sided or single-sided, whether to print in color or black & white, and whether to include stapling if you have multiple pages.
If you've made a mistake and need to delete this print job, you can either swipe left on the document in the list and tap Delete. If you tap on the document, to do the same simply tap on the trash can/Delete button within the properties screen.
Note: Be sure to configure these options before hitting Print Document, as these options cannot be changed at the copier/printer.
or
On the Select Printer screen, scroll to find the printer that you want to print to. Your last used printer will be listed at the top.
As soon as you tap the printer, your job will be released to it and will print momentarily after, so ensure that you tap the printer you want.
