AIU Copier & Printer Resource Hub
The Technology Services Department has partnered with The Wilson Group as a managed print provider for multi-function printers (MFPs).
Maintenance and support of the hardware will be handled by The Wilson Group.
Sharp MFPs are connected to PaperCut Hive. Hive allows staff to submit print jobs to a centralized print queue and then, using secure release, complete the print job from any AIU-issued Sharp MFP. Hive utilizes either an app on your phone or your AIU ID badge.
